IFM Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert to enhance JLL sourcing strategies, supplier partnerships, and program management.

• Partner with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to achieve immediate and long-term client benefits.

• Conduct periodic analysis of market trends for specific categories, focusing on supplier demographics and industry movements.

• Present analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a format suitable for clients.

• Implement, coordinate, and communicate both regional and national programs effectively.

• Assist in managing supplier relationships and performance programs with key suppliers.

• Provide guidance, training, and follow-up for operations teams regarding RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.

• Oversee internal and external customer expectations efficiently.

• Ensure adherence to JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management initiatives, and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to guarantee that contractual terms align with established standards and receive formal review and approval.

• Set work priorities, assign tasks, and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary staff, and project-specific personnel.

• Support and aid in the development of diversity programs while mentoring and educating suppliers.

• Engage in and provide leadership for Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.

• Aid JLL's e-commerce procurement initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university.

• A minimum of 3 years of strategic sourcing or related experience.

• Preferred experience in facilities services contracting.

• Proficient in PC operations.

• Expertise in MS Office applications.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
