This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +3 more countries.
β’ Collaborate closely with account teams throughout EMEA to develop strategies for intricate, high-value opportunities, especially during the initial stages of the sales process.
β’ Engage with senior customer stakeholders to gain insights into business motivations, risk exposure, regulatory pressures, and operational inefficiencies.
β’ Convert customer motivations into a coherent identity security narrative.
β’ Facilitate structured discovery and value discussions aimed at defining and prioritizing problems.
β’ Assist customers in creating credible identity roadmaps by outlining scope, sequencing initiatives, and pinpointing measurable outcomes.
β’ Support executive briefings and workshops to align stakeholders and generate momentum.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Engineers, TES, and delivery teams to ensure the technical approach aligns with the business narrative.
β’ Contribute to deal strategies for complex opportunities through effective positioning, stakeholder alignment, and timing considerations.
β’ Provide insights to product and go-to-market teams based on customer friction points.
β’ Represent SailPoint at industry events as a speaker.
β’ Proficient in both French and English, with the capability to engage confidently in executive discussions in both languages.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in identity security.
β’ Extensive experience in a senior position, such as CTO, CISO, Head of IAM, or a comparable advisory role within a consulting or SI partner environment.
β’ Direct involvement in designing or implementing identity security programs within large or regulated organizations.
β’ Familiarity with governance, access controls, audit/compliance, and operational challenges.
β’ Strong understanding of how identity security relates to security posture, regulatory frameworks like GDPR and NIS2, cloud transformation, and operational efficiency.
β’ Proven track record of leading C-level discussions and influencing strategic direction.
β’ Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
β’ Credible with both business and technical stakeholders.
β’ Adequate technical knowledge to challenge and guide without necessarily engaging in hands-on technical tasks.
β’ Experience collaborating with or alongside Big 4 firms, global SIs, or specialist IAM consultancies is advantageous.
