Identity and Access Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess, document, and manage identity and access management needs.

• Create technical specifications, traceability matrices, and user stories.

• Assist with the implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.

• Configure, integrate, and provide support for identity governance platforms.

• Define connectors, attribute schemas, entitlement models, and role-based access controls using REST and SOAP APIs.

• Implement, oversee, and enforce identity lifecycle and governance processes.

• Manage provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, certifications, and audit remediation efforts.

• Ensure adherence to segregation of duties, internal controls, and IAM policies.

• Develop, execute, and coordinate advanced IAM testing along with third-level application support.

• Validate single sign-on and multi-factor authentication processes.

• Address complex access issues, conduct root cause analysis, and document remediation outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or a foreign equivalent degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience in evaluating, documenting, and managing identity and access management requirements.

• Experience in producing technical specifications, traceability matrices, and user stories.

• Background in supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow implementations.

• Proficiency in configuring, integrating, and providing support for identity governance platforms.

• Experience in defining connectors, attribute schemas, entitlement models, and role-based access controls.

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs across directory, database, and application environments.

• Expertise in implementing identity lifecycle and governance processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, certifications, and audit remediation.

• Knowledge of segregation of duties, internal controls, and IAM policies.

• Experience with advanced IAM testing and third-level application support.

• Proven ability to validate single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.

• Experience in resolving complex access issues and conducting root cause analysis.
