Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Participate in all facets of the cyber security learning and awareness program.

• Aid in the creation of security awareness and training initiatives tailored for employees and embedded contractors, including training specific to roles.

• Improve user engagement through training sessions, demonstrations, newsletters, and related activities.

• Manage global phishing, smishing, and vishing campaigns while collaborating with the Cyber Defense Team to ensure simulations reflect real-world threats.

• Monitor metrics for training assignment completion and follow up with users and managers as necessary.

• Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in developing phishing simulations.

• At least 2 years of experience with the Proofpoint Security Awareness Training platform.

• Strong comprehension of phishing attacks and strategies for mitigating them.

• Over 3 years of experience and exposure to cyber security risk and mitigation strategies, technologies, programs, and operations.

• Capability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel.

• Work authorization is required; no sponsorship available.
