HVAC Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems.

• Independently address intermediate HVAC service challenges and requirements.

• Complete projects and assigned duties promptly.

• Foster positive customer experiences during interactions.

• Identify and execute additional tasks necessary for completing service calls.

• Manage inventory within the service vehicle.

• Participate in service and safety meetings.

• Travel to various service locations on a daily basis.

• Schedule maintenance and repairs for the company service vehicle, ensuring routine upkeep, repairs, and organization.

• Assist fellow Service Technicians with inquiries and troubleshooting efforts.

• Fill out forms required for the processing of warranty parts.

• Undertake other assigned responsibilities.

• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance, service, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential, commercial, and light industrial settings.

• Install new components, parts, and equipment for HVAC systems to ensure proper repairs.

• Carry out miscellaneous home repair tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 3 years of prior HVAC experience is necessary.

• Must possess a valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance.

• Required to pass an MVR check to operate a company vehicle.

• Capability to climb ladders and enter/exit attic and roof spaces.

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and over 75 lbs with assistance.
