This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct corporate clients on theoretical concepts, technical principles, and practical applications through lectures and hands-on training.

• Leverage real-world experiences to effectively communicate key ideas and clarify complex topics.

• Foster knowledge growth and boost confidence among students.

• Deliver professional education in areas such as air conditioning, heating, ventilation, boilers, and chilled water systems.

• Present curriculum and technical information through engaging classroom sessions.

• Educate maintenance staff, HVAC technicians, facility personnel, engineers, plant and safety managers, human resources specialists, and electricians.

• Collaborate with the Sales Department and clients on technical inquiries, curriculum details, course delivery, and training customization.

• Convey technical information effectively to students of varying experience levels.

• Engage with client decision-makers to discuss and promote products and services.

• Travel across the United States to set up equipment at training locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the industry, with a comprehensive understanding of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, boilers, and chilled water systems.

• Demonstrated proficiency in public speaking for the effective delivery of curriculum and technical content.

• Ability to work independently in an efficient manner.

• Experience teaching eight (8) hour courses in a classroom or industrial setting.

• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

• A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database software).

• Willingness to travel regularly within the United States.

• A valid driver’s license and capability to operate NTT trucks and set up equipment at training venues.

• A current DOT card is mandatory.

• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
