Human Resources Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System

• Coordinate and conduct phone screening interviews

• Assist in the execution of a Recruiting Best Practice strategy

• Contribute to the creation of an event calendar, featuring career fairs, on-campus visits, and networking events

• Support candidate pipeline reporting and data analysis

• Aid in the development of recruiting best practices, ensuring every candidate enjoys a world-class experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

• Educational background and/or experience in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development

• Passion for startups

• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential

• Proficient in utilizing AI to boost productivity, research, and communication

• Hard-working, driven, ambitious, self-motivated, with a positive attitude
