Human Resources Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the Applicant Tracking System.

• Coordinate and conduct initial phone interviews.

• Assist in the development of a Recruiting Best Practices strategy.

• Support the creation of an event calendar that includes career fairs, campus visits, and networking events.

• Aid in reporting and analyzing the candidate pipeline.

• Contribute to the formulation of recruiting best practices to ensure a top-tier experience for every candidate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development.

• Enthusiasm for startups.

• Strong commitment to high standards and quality outcomes.

• Openness to respectfully challenge decisions and a commitment to follow through on decisions.

• Capability to work autonomously, take calculated risks, and achieve results.
