This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
β’ Act as a primary contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and HR-related escalations.
β’ Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by encouraging teamwork and enhancing employee engagement.
β’ Support the performance review process, ensuring timely and consistent execution by managers.
β’ Provide guidance and assistance to managers in establishing performance goals and resolving performance challenges.
β’ Aid in the development and implementation of employee development and improvement plans.
β’ Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
β’ Update and maintain company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook.
β’ Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends, offering recommendations for process enhancements.
β’ Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring both accuracy and confidentiality.
β’ Generate HR metrics and reports to monitor key HR performance indicators and support decision-making processes.
β’ Lead or engage in HR projects and initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs and policy modifications.
β’ Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding within assigned departments, implementing process efficiencies.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 5 years of HR experience, particularly in generalist roles.
β’ SHRM, CHRP, or HRCI certification is advantageous.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
β’ Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
β’ Proficient in HRIS software and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite.
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ This position is not available for candidates located in California or Colorado.
