This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute HR-related tasks at a professional level.

• Undertake responsibilities that include employee relations, investigations, as well as planning and development.

• Educate and engage managers and employees within the healthcare sector.

• Collaborate with employees and management to convey Human Resources policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.

• Advise management on performance-related issues, corrective action plans, and involuntary dismissals.

• Address general employee relations concerns.

• Design and/or facilitate training sessions for management and associates.

• Assist in creating job descriptions and conducting compensation analyses.

• Support EEOC/DOL claims and other legal claims by compiling historical employment and organizational data.

• Aid with OSHA/Safety initiatives and oversee safety programs for designated regions.

• Manage promotions and staff transitions, documentation, and payroll-system processing.

• Supervise an employee base of over 500 individuals.

• Willingness to travel up to 15%.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources Management.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in employee relations.

• Solid understanding of state and federal regulations relevant to the Human Resources domain.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word & Excel.

• Experience with compensation and job descriptions is preferred.

• Capability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to deliver accurate and timely results.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated success in working with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with the Oracle HRIS system is a plus.
