This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Assist throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
β’ Serve as the reliable initial point of contact for both managers and employees.
β’ Ensure that HR processes, records, and HRIS data are maintained accurately and in compliance.
β’ Provide support for payroll, benefits, and external service providers.
β’ Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and communications with employees.
β’ Conduct end-to-end recruitment for designated roles, including briefing, advertising, and extending offers.
β’ Collaborate with hiring managers on needs assessment, selection, and decision-making.
β’ Manage candidate sourcing, pipelines, and overall candidate experience.
β’ Partner with external consultants when specialized expertise is required.
β’ Enhance recruitment processes by leveraging technology and AI.
β’ Offer practical guidance on performance, absence, conduct, and various employee-related issues.
β’ Independently manage intricate employee relations cases, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, absences, performance issues, and workplace investigations.
β’ Ensure that decisions are equitable, consistent, policy-compliant, and aligned with legal requirements.
β’ Seek local or specialized guidance and escalate issues as necessary.
β’ Collaborate with the HR Business Partner and L&D team to support performance management, development, and employee experience initiatives.
β’ Assist in the creation and implementation of HR policies that reflect relevant employment standards.
β’ Work efficiently across global locations, utilizing local expertise.
β’ Streamline and automate HR processes, contributing to the ongoing adaptation of HR technology and AI.
β’ Participate in projects aimed at enhancing employee experience, efficiency, and scalability.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Vice President (Head of HR).
β’ Over 8 years of HR experience with hands-on involvement in the complete employee lifecycle.
β’ Extensive end-to-end recruitment experience.
β’ Strong practical understanding of employment law and HR compliance across various employment contexts.
β’ Proven experience in independently handling complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance, absences, and investigations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to advise and mentor managers across a wide spectrum of people-related matters.
β’ Experience in developing and refining HR policies, processes, and systems with effective, scalable solutions.
β’ Proven track record of working successfully in a remote, globally distributed organization.
β’ A genuine interest in HR technology, automation, and AI.
β’ Comfortable navigating diverse employment environments, cultures, and working styles.
β’ Solutions-oriented, self-motivated, collaborative, and pragmatic.
β’ Ability to work autonomously.
