This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee HR operations for the Service Delivery team within the USCAN Zone in Global Markets.
• Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with and mentor senior leadership teams across a diverse workforce of 3,500 employees in the US and Canada.
• Spearhead proactive initiatives for culture and colleague engagement.
• Enhance the capabilities of frontline leaders directly and through a team of HR professionals.
• Propel people-related outcomes in organizational effectiveness, labor relations, workforce planning, colleague experience, culture, change leadership, succession readiness, talent attraction and evaluation, learning and development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with business leaders to cultivate and instill an organizational culture focused on belonging, positive colleague and union relations, productivity, and retention.
• Design and refine organizational structures and roles in accordance with company strategies and priorities.
• Develop horizontal leadership capabilities to maximize organizational performance.
• Coach and influence leaders to drive organizational change and engage employees with the vision, plan, and actions.
• Lead talent assessments, succession planning, activation of Culture and Belonging strategies, and development initiatives.
• Monitor talent metrics and implement actions to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with People and Culture centers of excellence, including Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Talent Analytics.
• Drive proactive culture and engagement strategies across all locations and ensure compliance with employee relations.
• Strengthen and develop frontline leadership capabilities throughout USCAN.
• Report directly to the USCAN Zone HR Leader and also to the Global Markets Service Delivery HR Leader through a dotted line.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 12 years of relevant HR experience.
• At least 10 years of prior experience in Human Resource Business Partnership roles with escalating responsibilities.
• Profound understanding of employee life cycle processes.
• Proven experience in mid-large sized, matrixed organizations across various business units and functions.
• Demonstrated ability to make strategic HR decisions, coach and evaluate leadership talent, and engage with senior-level business leaders.
• Experience in both union and non-union environments.
• Capability to lead proactive culture and colleague engagement initiatives.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience managing operations across multiple manufacturing plants globally, including unionized US manufacturing settings, is preferred.
• Previous leadership experience and the ability to coach, support, and develop HR professionals is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading union avoidance strategies and effectively managing labor relations is preferred.
• Financial acumen and strong business intuition are preferred.
• Exceptional collaboration, influencing, project management, organizational, and change agent skills.
