This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily global People Operations, encompassing transactions, workflows, records, escalations, and case management.
• Develop and enhance HR service delivery through effective intake, triage, routing, documentation, and self-service options.
• Establish operational metrics and reporting on cycle times, volume, accuracy, and employee sentiment.
• Act as the escalation point for complex, ambiguous, or sensitive operational challenges.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle and foster a cohesive employee experience.
• Lead the redesign of onboarding and offboarding processes in collaboration with IT, Security, Facilities, and hiring managers.
• Collaborate on employee development and growth initiatives.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles in the employee journey through data analysis.
• Create and implement an employee listening program that includes surveys, analysis, and closed-loop action planning.
• Convert listening data into actionable recommendations for executives and people leaders, ensuring follow-through.
• Handle People team communications, including calendar management, channels, voice, and standards adherence.
• Ensure global compliance with employment documentation, recordkeeping, data privacy, and statutory obligations.
• Lead compliance audits and necessary remediation efforts.
• Manage the operational aspects of global mobility and immigration.
• Maintain HR data integrity and access standards in collaboration with HRIS, IT, and Security.
• Define workflows, business rules, and service standards for People systems in partnership with HRIS.
• Translate operational requirements into system needs, conduct testing, and spearhead change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
• Document, maintain, and enforce process standards, SOPs, and related documentation.
• Build collaborative processes involving HRIS, IT, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Security.
• Supervise global facilities and workplace operations through a Facilities Manager.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed team of People Operations and Experience Analysts along with a Facilities Manager.
• Set objectives, elevate performance standards, and address strategic and ad hoc People Operations requirements.
• Design the service model and tools for the People team.
• Overhaul the onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
• Streamline global immigration and mobility into a single governed process.
• Conduct compliance audits and remediation for employment documentation.
• Initiate a continuous employee listening program.
• Define and advance the infrastructure for manager self-service and employee development and growth.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with substantial hands-on expertise in People Operations, HR service delivery, or shared services.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including leading a distributed or global team.
• Proven ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, with specific accomplishments in redesigning onboarding, offboarding, or similar end-to-end processes.
• Strong understanding of global compliance, including multi-country employment documentation, recordkeeping, data privacy, and immigration/mobility operations.
• Demonstrated process and operational rigor: document, measure, standardize, and establish sustainable processes.
• Experience acting as the business owner on HR systems projects—defining requirements, testing, and driving adoption in partnership with an HRIS or systems team.
• Workday experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of building cross-functional processes with HRIS, IT, Legal, Finance, and Security.
• Talent density mindset: hire selectively, provide direct feedback, and maintain high standards.
• Exceptional written communication skills, including policy documentation, company-wide announcements, and executive summaries.
• Ability to thrive in an environment characterized by ambiguity, competing priorities, and rapid pace.
• Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or post-acquisition software settings (a plus).
• Experience managing an employee listening platform and implementing closed-loop action planning at scale (a plus).
• Oversight of global facilities or workplace operations (a plus).
• M&A integration experience from the People Operations perspective (a plus).
