This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +35 more states.
• Oversee all personnel functions in accordance with Everise policies, ethical standards, social responsibilities, relevant laws, and regulatory authorities.
• Create, implement, and manage the organization’s Human Resource strategy.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of people strategies with business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Convert enterprise business strategies into scalable HR strategies, frameworks, and operational plans.
• Provide counsel to senior leadership on strategic initiatives, transformation projects, regulatory updates, and organizational expansion.
• Direct enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies across various levels and regions.
• Develop and govern compensation and benefits philosophies.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
• Manage workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning frameworks.
• Propel leadership development, learning strategies, and organization-wide upskilling initiatives.
• Compare HR strategies and practices against global best practices.
• Offer guidance on complex employee relations and organizational issues.
• Supervise HR policies, governance frameworks, and systems to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
• Enhance HR information systems and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate HR strategies across different business units and geographical areas.
• Keep abreast of global HR trends and incorporate local and international HR practices.
• Provide executive oversight on employee relations, communications, health and safety, relocation, and community engagement efforts.
• Manage the HR function budget and allocate resources based on business priorities.
• Advance the HR operating model, organizational structure, and leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, including exposure at senior leadership levels (SVP/VP/Head of HR).
• Demonstrated experience in leading enterprise HR strategy within complex, matrixed, or global organizations.
• Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Proven track record in driving transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Proven capability to lead and nurture high-performing HR teams.
• Strategic and business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence.
