This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic consultant and coach for Avēsis Operations leaders regarding workforce issues aligned with business objectives.
• Create strategies for engagement, retention, workforce planning, succession, and organizational effectiveness.
• Evaluate data related to workforce, engagement, turnover, performance, retention, succession, and organizational health.
• Transform personnel data into actionable insights and assess talent and workforce investments.
• Identify underlying causes based on employee feedback, survey outcomes, exit trends, and workforce data, and execute action plans accordingly.
• Drive initiatives for performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Evaluate leadership capabilities and bench strength while enhancing manager programs and resources.
• Conduct and document investigations in the workplace and present findings along with recommendations.
• Provide guidance on employment law, policy interpretation, performance management, corrective actions, workplace issues, and employee separations.
• Collaborate with Legal and leadership to identify and mitigate workforce risks and ensure compliance.
• Advise on organizational design, team effectiveness, workforce optimization, and change management.
• Aid in growth, restructuring, transformation, and other business changes while maintaining engagement and productivity.
• Contribute to enterprise talent initiatives and ongoing improvements across HR.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, encompassing employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and employment law.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting operations, customer service, contact centers, or service-oriented organizations.
• 1-3 years of experience examining workforce trends, talent metrics, engagement data, or indicators of organizational health.
• Capacity to influence decisions through workforce analytics, talent insights, and business-centric recommendations.
• 1-2 years of experience with competency-based performance management frameworks.
• 1-3 years of experience using Workday HCM or a comparable HRIS.
• Experience collaborating with leaders to develop workforce strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, succession, or workforce planning.
• Experience managing corrective actions, performance improvement processes, employee separations, and organizational change in a complex setting.
• For this remote position, employees must ensure internet service that supports essential responsibilities; recommended minimum speeds are 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload while connected via a wired connection and not using a VPN.
