• Mentor and assist team members to help them reach both individual and collective objectives.

• Engage in the recruitment process for new interns by spotting and reaching out to potential candidates.

• Support the onboarding process for new interns, helping them to understand their responsibilities.

• Participate in research and educational activities within a global web design agency.

• Work independently and/or collaboratively within teams.
