HR Generalist – Plazo Fijo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the Chile team, providing comprehensive support to both leaders and employees.

• Manage key HR processes, including payroll, personnel administration, onboarding, compensation and benefits, and terminations.

• Lead the monthly payroll closing, ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and effective coordination with external vendors.

• Ensure compliance with current labor regulations, corporate policies, and the accurate updating of both physical and digital labor documentation.

• Act as a point of reference during inspections and requests from the Labor Directorate, managing legal and regulatory aspects.

• Design and lead the Employee Journey, overseeing the entire lifecycle of employees from attraction to offboarding.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent, Comp&Ben, Payroll, and Legal departments.

• Advise leaders on team management, performance, workplace climate, succession planning, talent reviews, and the development of leaders and key talent.

• Lead initiatives focused on culture, engagement, recognition, and organizational change, measuring their impact through KPIs.

• Drive innovation projects and continuous improvement in HR, including digitization, new methodologies, tools, and process optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or related fields.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Management Systems, preferably Workday.

• Intermediate English proficiency.

• Availability for a fixed-term position to cover maternity leave.
