HubSpot CRM Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, maintain, and enhance HubSpot across various brands.

• Manage CRM objects, properties, pipelines, associations, lists, workflows, permissions, teams, and user access.

• Assess, configure, and activate new HubSpot features and AI functionalities.

• Establish governance for naming conventions, folder structures, lifecycle stages, templates, automation, and reporting.

• Maintain documentation, technical standards, and best practices for the platform.

• Oversee CRM data architecture, hygiene, integrity, and ongoing maintenance.

• Resolve issues related to duplicate, incomplete, and inconsistent data while ensuring a reliable source of truth.

• Ensure assets are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible across brands.

• Configure and manage audience segmentation, workflows, automation, and campaign infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot platform, automation, integration, and campaign issues, implementing sustainable solutions.

• Develop scalable technical solutions that support customer journeys across multiple brands and customer segments.

• Create and maintain dashboards, operational reports, and reporting infrastructure.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and ensure reliable, consistent measurement.

• Monitor CRM health, automation performance, data quality, and platform adoption.

• Work together with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and HR to enhance processes, integrations, and data quality.

• Train users on HubSpot functionalities, AI best practices, and platform standards.

• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency through automation, integrations, and process optimization.

• Act as the primary HubSpot resource for internal troubleshooting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience administering HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform.

• Proficient in CRM configuration, automation, reporting, data governance, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, system integrations, or custom CRM functionalities.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work autonomously in a cross-functional setting.

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.

• HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, CRM, and/or Operations Hub) are preferred.

• Experience supporting multiple brands or business units within a shared CRM is preferred.

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HubSpot custom code actions, APIs, and integration development is a plus.

• Knowledge of lead management, attribution, lifecycle architecture, and marketing operations is advantageous.
