HubSpot Consultant, Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary strategist for a portfolio of RevOps clients.

• Work closely with clients to grasp their marketing, sales, and business goals, and convert them into impactful HubSpot solutions.

• Design and structure HubSpot implementations that adhere to best practices and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Create tailored workflows, automation, and integrations.

• Offer technical expertise to clients and internal teams regarding HubSpot capabilities, features, and customization options.

• Facilitate client training sessions and workshops.

• Remain updated on marketing technology trends and advancements, especially within the HubSpot ecosystem.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Oversee solutions architecture, migrations, implementations, integrations, automations, reporting, and associated RevOps services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot Strategist or in a comparable role, with a robust background in HubSpot implementations.

• At least three years of experience in an agency environment, ideally with a HubSpot Solutions Partner.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HubSpot's suite of tools and hubs.

• Expertise in developing custom workflows, automation, and integrations within HubSpot.

• Proven capacity to assess client needs and devise solutions that cater to their specific requirements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with additional marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

• Familiarity with Marketing + Sales Operations.

• Practical experience across all HubSpot hubs, from Starter to Enterprise.
