Hub Build Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate project management activities, which encompass Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Safety, and Project Controls.

• Manage build projects of low to medium complexity across various Ag & Trading North America locations.

• Mentor and collaborate closely with 5–7 site-based Build Project Supervisors.

• Ensure the implementation and consistent application of Cargill Project Management systems and tools.

• Provide strategic direction and integrate best practices into project execution.

• Conduct projects according to the project management framework to meet objectives.

• Assess and track project progress and key performance indicators to minimize risk and enhance performance.

• Utilize tools and techniques to proactively manage project results.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to unlock business value and technical advantages.

• Manage the operational components of assigned projects.

• Lead and develop a team, which includes talent management, hiring, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions.

• Perform additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• At least four years of relevant work experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within North America.

• Must possess legal authorization to work for Cargill in the United States or Canada.

• Experience in project management.

• Familiarity with safety and quality management practices.

• Experience in project controls and tracking.

• Background in construction management.

• A minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
