HRS Project Manager – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and conclusion of client-facing SaaS implementation and enhancement projects.

• Create and sustain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and criteria for success.

• Ensure that projects are correctly scoped, staffed, and executed.

• Foster accountability for project milestones, objectives, and outcomes.

• Act as the primary contact for all project communication.

• Lead status meetings, project reviews, and discussions with stakeholders.

• Provide updates regarding project progress, risks, issues, and significant decisions.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

• Coordinate resource assignments and prioritize delivery across assigned PODs with Technical Consultants and Team Leads.

• Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and project demand.

• Identify resource limitations, competing priorities, and potential impacts on delivery, escalating risks when appropriate.

• Collaborate with leadership on the utilization of Technical Consultants, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and challenges.

• Drive the resolution of issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Implement mitigation strategies and maintain visibility into project health and delivery performance.

• Utilize project management methodologies, tools, and delivery standards.

• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance activities.

• Support organizational change, adoption, and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes, knowledge sharing, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, or similar client-facing roles.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and ensure accountability.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, governance practices, and collaboration tools.

• Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Previous experience managing SaaS implementation or software delivery projects is preferred.

• Experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing settings is preferred.

• Experience coordinating Technical resources, delivery teams, or activities related to capacity planning is preferred.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Salesforce.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or a similar certification is preferred.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders located in different geographic areas.

• Occasional travel is required, including periodic domestic travel within the United States.
