This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create, develop, and sustain intricate HR reports, dashboards, and visualizations utilizing UKG and IBM Cognos Analytics.
• Examine workforce, compensation, turnover, compliance, and operational HR data to uncover trends and insights.
• Convert ambiguous business requirements into scalable and repeatable reporting solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across all reporting outputs.
• Produce executive-ready dashboards and visualizations leveraging Power BI and UKG reporting tools.
• Implement best practices in data visualization to present complex information in a clear and effective manner.
• Craft visual narratives for HR Business Partners, HR leadership, and HRIS team members.
• Standardize reporting formats and visualization techniques where necessary.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to comprehend reporting needs and analytical inquiries.
• Serve as a consultative resource for interpreting HR data and clarifying insights to non-technical audiences.
• Work together with HRIS team members to ensure alignment of reporting outputs with system configurations and data structures.
• Act as a subject-matter expert in advanced UKG reporting and analytics functionalities.
• Facilitate the continuous enhancement of HR reporting processes, documentation, and report inventories.
• Conduct data validation and quality assurance to maintain HR reporting accuracy and integrity.
• Support, but do not own, HRIS data governance and reporting standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resource management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• At least 5 years dedicated to HR analytics, reporting, or HRIS.
• Strong experience with IBM Cognos Analytics for HR reporting.
• Practical experience in developing complex reports in UKG.
• Prior experience in creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Solid understanding of HR data, metrics, and reporting concepts.
• Hands-on experience in data visualization and analytical storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work independently and manage complex reporting deliverables from start to finish.
• Previous experience working with global organizations or multi-region workforce data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• During the interview process, candidates must showcase dashboards, reports, or visualizations they have personally developed.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting large-scale HRIS environments or HR system transformations.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating directly with HR Business Partners or senior HR leaders to define reporting requirements and present analytical findings.
• Preferred: Familiarity with advanced reporting techniques, KPI frameworks, and trend analysis.
