This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Manage Workday Benefits, Payroll, and Retirement operations within a complex enterprise setting.
• Execute advanced system configurations, oversee integration management, and continuously optimize essential Workday functionalities.
• Collaborate with clients to pinpoint business processes or data requirements that can be addressed through technological solutions.
• Take the lead or actively participate in determining and implementing solutions.
• Evaluate training needs and aid in the development and delivery of training programs.
• Spearhead the creation of data standards to fulfill system objectives.
• Work closely with vendors and enterprise-wide IT teams.
• Oversee and engage in both affiliate-specific and organization-wide projects and initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members by offering guidance on work responsibilities.
• Conduct daily HRIS operations and ensure customer priorities are fulfilled.
• Analyze data, recognize information trends, and formulate solutions.
• Coordinate with human resources colleagues to ensure seamless customer service.
• Equivalent experience may be considered in place of the required degree or diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent relevant experience.
• General familiarity with computerized information processing flows across HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Employment, and Payroll.
• Understanding of technology concepts, database structures, operations, and administration.
• Proficient in report development and design.
• Knowledge of HR, benefits, and payroll laws, regulations, procedures, and operations, particularly if technical experience is limited.
• Awareness of shared services center/contact center operations and associated human-resource issues and solutions.
• Management of daily HRIS activities.
• Skills in project management.
• Competencies in leadership, coaching, counseling, and providing performance feedback.
• Ability to specify user requirements and document needs, outcomes, and procedures.
• Skills in training and facilitating large groups and presentations.
• Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Capacity to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
• Ability to collaborate with human resources team members.
• Skills in data analysis, trend identification, and solution determination.
• Ability to recognize concerns and suggest solutions.
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple clients.
• Proficiency in navigating HR information management systems for analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS systems, and applications.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
