HR Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of new HR software functionalities and systems.

• Evaluate system and process interdependencies to create efficient, automated workflows.

• Partner with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure technical requirements meet business objectives.

• Resolve issues and pinpoint long-term technical solutions.

• Connect HR software with internal company systems to establish a cohesive data environment.

• Discover opportunities to leverage AI for task automation, predictive analytics, and enhanced employee self-service.

• Create training materials and guidelines to facilitate the adoption of automated processes.

• Manage in-system analytics and contribute data for company-wide reporting efforts.

• Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementation, system migration, or HR technology project oversight.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for mapping intricate processes and recognizing system interdependencies.

• Technical expertise in managing HR ecosystems and maintaining data integrity across various platforms.

• Exceptional communication skills for liaising between HR stakeholders, IT professionals, and software vendors.

• Experience in developing technical documentation, user manuals, and training resources for varied audiences.

• Advanced data literacy with the ability to extract valuable insights through in-system and company analytics.

• Self-driven approach to troubleshooting and a dedication to ongoing process enhancements.

• Proven interest in or experience with utilizing AI tools to improve HR processes or data workflows.
