HR, Payroll sprendimų Diegėjas – Konsultantas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Analysis of client needs, providing consultation and training on Dynamics 365 HR|Payroll solutions projects.

• Preparation and alignment of functional requirements documents (FRD) with clients.

• Participation in the implementation and development of HR|Payroll solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing, implementing, and/or developing business management systems (either from the vendor or client side).

• Experience working with Microsoft D365 platforms (Navision/Business Central and/or Axapta/Finance&Operations).

• Experience in solutions related to personnel, payroll, time tracking, and/or employee self-service management.

• Basic knowledge of finance/accounting principles.

• Interest in IT innovations and digital solutions.

• Responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (intermediate level).
