
HR M&A & Integration Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and implement HR-related due diligence processes for prospective acquisitions.
β’ Monitor requests, documentation, completion, findings, gap analyses, and risks in relation to deal timelines.
β’ Manage HR due diligence data packages, checklists, templates, and materials for the virtual data room.
β’ Create and track plans for HR Day 1 readiness, including employee communications, offer or transfer letters, benefits enrollment, and onboarding through HRIS.
β’ Facilitate the transition of acquired employees into HR systems, payroll, benefits, orientation, and onboarding.
β’ Assist in HR integration project planning across HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners.
β’ Lead integration workstream meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and following up on deliverables.
β’ Generate status updates and progress reports for the Integration Management Office governance and executive communications.
β’ Monitor workforce restructuring, role mapping, position eliminations, organizational design, headcount reconciliation, retention programs, and key talent initiatives.
β’ Aid in HR compliance, coordination of the WARN Act, ERISA notifications, labor relations, union notifications, and reviews of collective bargaining agreements.
β’ Organize change management initiatives, employee surveys, town halls, listening sessions, Q&A forums, and track cultural integration efforts.
β’ Enhance and maintain HR M&A playbooks, integration templates, transition toolkits, reporting tools, and document lessons learned.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ 8β10 years of project management experience, with a focus on HR.
β’ 5+ years of direct experience in supporting M&A, integrations, transformations, or other complex enterprise initiatives.
β’ Proficient understanding of benefits, payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition, and HR compliance.
β’ Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
β’ Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday.
β’ Professional demeanor, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential employee and deal-related information.
β’ Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures, as well as applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
β’ Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or a comparable project management certification.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge of the WARN Act, COBRA, ERISA, and relevant state regulations.
β’ Preferred: Experience using Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
β’ Preferred: Background in change management.
β’ Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or global enterprise setting.
