HR Generalist – People Operations, Workforce Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily HR and people operations throughout the employee lifecycle.

• Ensure precise maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, and workforce summaries.

• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and enhancements to HR processes.

• Take charge of recurring workforce and headcount reports for leadership.

• Update and maintain HR dashboards and reporting files.

• Clean, validate, and reconcile employee data across various systems.

• Create reports in Excel or Google Sheets utilizing pivots, lookups, formulas, and similar functions.

• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to streamline HR workflows, analysis, and documentation.

• Identify deficiencies in HR processes, reporting, and systems, and propose actionable improvements.

• Assist leadership with ad hoc HR reports and operational inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or People Operations positions.

• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental HR processes and the employee lifecycle.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Experience in preparing HR or workforce-related reports.

• Strong technical skills and a quick ability to learn new systems.

• Comfort with HR technology, data management, and automation.

• Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach to HR operations and reporting.

• Availability to work during required U.S. business hours.

• Must reside in the Philippines.

• Preferred: Experience supporting a U.S.-based company.

• Preferred: Background in healthcare or multi-site workforce management.

• Preferred: Experience with HRIS or ATS systems.

• Preferred: Familiarity with dashboard and workforce reporting.

• Preferred: Background in startup or high-growth companies.

• Preferred: Experience in enhancing or automating HR processes.
