This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee intricate, cross-functional analytics initiatives from conception to execution, enhancing retention, engagement, and productivity results.
• Direct the Global Employee Listening Program, coordinating annual and pulse surveys while refining the strategy throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Convert complex data sets into narratives and visual representations that are suitable for executives, facilitating business interventions and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with HRIS and EDE teams to integrate various data sources into a cohesive single source of truth in Snowflake/AWS, ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Create and implement advanced Tableau dashboards and analytical tools for COE partners and senior leadership.
• Utilize SQL, Python, or R to identify correlations in both structured and unstructured data, employing AI and machine learning best practices to address workforce challenges.
• Mentor HRBPs and COEs on data literacy and insights analysis, offering objective, data-driven evaluations.
• Advocate for evidence-based decision-making, employee feedback, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness assessment, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Serve as a strategic architect, thought partner, mentor, and catalyst for fostering a data-driven culture.
• Report directly to the Senior Director - Organizational Effectiveness.
• Over 8 years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or behavioral discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Organizational Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in SQL at an advanced level.
• Proficient in Tableau at an advanced level for creating presentation-quality, actionable executive visualizations.
• Practical experience with Python or R for statistical modeling of survey data and text analytics for unstructured employee feedback.
• Extensive experience in managing organizational data, encompassing turnover, recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
• Experience in executing large-scale surveys from design methodology to vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and provide objective feedback to VPs and senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding skills in data storytelling and presentation.
• Capability to work independently in complex global settings as a consultative data partner.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or AWS data integration and governance.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning best practices.
