This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to business leaders, ensuring HR practices are aligned with business objectives.
β’ Assist in organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
β’ Foster cultural integration and boost employee engagement throughout the service line, especially during post-acquisition transitions.
β’ Oversee HR functions for the Client Accounting and Advisory service lines while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
β’ Act as a key resource for local HR matters, encompassing performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits.
β’ Aid in recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
β’ Be the primary HR contact for employees and managers regarding daily HR inquiries.
β’ Facilitate full-cycle performance management, which includes goal-setting, feedback, reviews, and career development planning.
β’ Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to roll out standardized benefits, talent development, and total rewards programs.
β’ Provide assistance with employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
β’ Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
β’ Track and improve engagement through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and local initiatives.
β’ Offer data insights and reporting on HR metrics and trends to regional and national HR leadership.
β’ Support the HR components of acquisitions and lead the integration of firmwide culture and HR practices.
β’ Manage change communications and activities to ensure business continuity and encourage employee adoption.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 7 years of progressive HR experience, including support for senior leaders in a multi-location, matrixed environment.
β’ Experience within a professional services or accounting firm is highly preferred.
β’ Proven success in both strategic HR planning and operational HR delivery in high-growth or post-M&A settings.
β’ Extensive knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices in employee relations.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and consulting abilities, with the capacity to influence across all levels.
β’ Strong project management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
β’ Willingness to travel as necessary.
