Housing Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze housing requests to determine client needs, including location, budget, and housing specifications.

• Conduct market research to uncover potential housing options within assigned areas.

• Identify available housing through property management firms, apartment communities, real estate agents, private landlords, and online resources.

• Employ creative thinking to find housing solutions when inventory is scarce or challenging to source.

• Present suitable housing options complete with pricing and property information to both internal teams and clients.

• Collect and document essential unit, building, and community details for evaluating housing alternatives.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with landlords, property managers, and housing partners.

• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with housing providers when necessary.

• Keep precise records by entering property and client data into internal systems.

• Update the company database with newly sourced properties and introduce potential partners to Blueground’s partnership program.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sourced housing aligns with company quality standards and operational needs.

• Acquire knowledge of furniture rental and housing setup costs within designated markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in corporate housing, hotels, real estate, housing operations, hospitality, or a similar field.

• Strong research and problem-solving abilities with a knack for quickly identifying housing options.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple requests at once.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with external partners.

• Keen attention to detail when collecting and documenting property information.

• Ability to work independently and adapt swiftly in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Google Suite and internal systems for data entry and monitoring.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Fluency in English is essential.
