
Hotel Regional Director of Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture with General Managers and Front Desk personnel through sharing best practices and peer coaching.
• Drive ROI for hotel partners while reaching revenue targets within a condensed six-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts within local markets and enhance market share from existing clients through strategic prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategy updates via MS Teams for assigned hotels.
• Cultivate and manage a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to oversee accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the designated POD team to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and uphold client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen and enhance client relationships.
• Report to the Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• Solid understanding of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven experience in building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to manage priorities and achieve results in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work on a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2 to 4 times per year.
• Position is home-based (remote) during the client’s business hours.
