This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded, select-service hotels.
• Foster a sales-driven culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel through the sharing of best practices and peer coaching.
• Enhance ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed 6-month sales cycle.
• Activate new accounts in local markets and expand market share from current accounts through deliberate, strategic prospecting.
• Present bi-weekly sales strategy updates via MS Teams with designated hotels to communicate progress.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and reduce the sales cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the assigned POD team to drive revenue across the hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Travel for in-market visits to enhance and solidify client relationships.
• Report directly to an Executive Director of Sales Performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of continuous hotel guestroom sales experience across various market segments.
• Experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, increase market share, and meet revenue objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technologies.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver outcomes in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work at a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended durations.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Willingness to travel for client visits approximately 2-4 times a year.
• Position allows for remote work during client business hours.
• Requires travel for in-market visits (2-4 visits annually).
