This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Lead customer interactions that enhance Quva’s 503B product range.
• Generate leads for Quva’s software division.
• Directly market Quva’s high-quality products to pharmacy customers in acute care hospitals.
• Consistently deliver effective selling techniques and messaging within the designated territory.
• Boost product adoption and facilitate the introduction of new product extensions.
• Follow up on and capitalize on new leads and opportunities.
• Manage hospital-level customer relationships, maintain existing business, and drive additional sales.
• Meet revenue goals and surpass sales quotas within the specified customer base.
• Establish, nurture, and sustain business and customer relationships.
• Utilize SFDC/Salesforce to develop and uphold lead and opportunity pipelines.
• Forge relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain a regular customer engagement schedule for selling.
• Evaluate territory growth potential and performance metrics.
• Track, document, and log account activities and issues in Salesforce.
• Cross-sell and upsell compatible products to foster line extension growth and enhance portfolio penetration.
• Comprehend how accounts manage and utilize medication and 503B outsourcing services.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services while effectively addressing customer objections.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Health Systems Account Director on parent health-system challenges and opportunities.
• Analyze account order history, growth, and losses to stimulate customer ordering.
• Manage and optimize marketing-generated leads.
• Propel new product launches within the designated territory.
• Gather and share insights on competitors, customers, and market trends.
• Communicate Quva Pharma’s service offerings, strengths, and unique brand differentiators.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance to customers regarding products and portfolio.
• Incorporate coaching and feedback from sales leadership and peers.
• Participate in trade shows and industry symposiums.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B healthcare sales.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must successfully complete a drug and background check.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis is required.
• Quva cannot sponsor applicants for work visas.
• Candidates must reside within the assigned territories of Virginia and Maryland.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with hospital and/or hospital pharmacy purchasing audiences is preferred.
• Experience in medication sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and personnel at all organizational levels.
• A sense of urgency, accountability, and resourcefulness is necessary.
• Self-motivated and an independent learner.
• Ability to understand interrelated issues and their impact on outcomes.
• Creativity in improving existing processes is desirable.
