Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in clients' residences.

• Operate independently while on the road.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day at a relaxed pace.

• Spend time with families, address challenging inquiries, and assist them in saying goodbye with dignity and tranquility.

• Serve Albany, Saratoga Springs, Clifton Park, New York, and the surrounding metropolitan regions.

• Engage in onboarding, receive one-on-one mentorship, and benefit from team support.

• Opt for a work schedule of 2 to 5 days per week or manage a part-time schedule on your own.

• Designate four weekend days each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select the four weekend days each month that align with your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record evaluation prior to the start date.
