Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of pets' homes.

• Operate independently while traveling.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day at a relaxed pace.

• Provide a listening ear to families and thoughtfully discuss end-of-life care options.

• Assist families in saying goodbye with dignity and tranquility.

• Service areas include Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, Parker, and nearby regions.

• Collaborate with and gain support from experienced colleagues.

• Engage in onboarding, individualized mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree required.

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days per month that suit your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, a background check, and a review of driving records prior to the start date.
