Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of pets' homes.

• Operate independently while traveling to appointments.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments daily at a relaxed pace.

• Provide attentive listening to families and address challenging questions with empathy.

• Clarify end-of-life care options and assist families in saying farewell with dignity and peace.

• Offer services to families in Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, Parker, and nearby areas.

• Engage in onboarding, receive one-on-one mentorship, and collaborate with seasoned colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select 4 weekend days each month that align with your schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• License verification is mandatory before the start date.

• Background check is required prior to the commencement of employment.

• Driving record assessment required before the start date.
