Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of pets' homes.

• Operate independently while benefiting from team support on the road.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day, ensuring no double-booking or rushing.

• Engage with families, clarify end-of-life care options, and assist them in providing a dignified farewell.

• Serve the areas of Oceanside, San Clemente, Carlsbad, California, and the surrounding metropolitan region.

• Be involved in onboarding, receive one-on-one mentorship, and pursue continuous professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• A valid U.S. Driver's License is required.

• Select four weekend days each month that align with your lifestyle.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record assessment before the start date.
