Hospice Triage RN, PT, Every Weekend, Sat & Sun 7:30a-4p CST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone triage services for hospice patients and their families.

• Evaluate patient conditions and determine the most suitable next steps.

• Collaborate with on-call teams to ensure coordinated care and resource management.

• Precisely document all communications and interventions performed.

• Maintain a composed and professional attitude while managing urgent calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is highly preferred.

• Proficient with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation of calls.

• Capable of typing documentation and notes efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively during incoming calls.

• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Reliable attendance, active communication, and stable internet connection during all scheduled shifts are mandatory.

• Must be available to work every weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST.
