Hospice Registered Nurse, Triage

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver hospice triage patient care throughout the complete care continuum.

• Provide care to patients in their own homes.

• Ensure quality care is given at the appropriate time and location.

• Report directly to the Branch Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

• A current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in a relevant clinical care environment.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

• Experience in a hospice or home health setting is preferred.

• Must be available every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday), from 8AM to 8PM.
