This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in navigating intricate lending situations, including first-home purchases, investment, and construction financing.

• Provide customized lending solutions along with proactive financial advice.

• Foster growth in new lending initiatives.

• Retain valued clientele.

• Oversee a robust pipeline of opportunities through virtual channels.

• Offer guidance to customers by leveraging knowledge of the property market, regulatory frameworks, and Westpac lending products.

• Uphold transparency and ethical decision-making practices.

• Enhance customer satisfaction and reinforce customer loyalty.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in residential home lending.

• Level 5 Residential Lending Qualification is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in complex lending structures, including Trusts, Look Through Companies, and Small Business financials.

• In-depth knowledge of construction, shared equity, investment, property development, and prebuilt lending.

• High financial literacy combined with sound judgement and commercial insight.

• Tech-savvy attitude.

• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on compliance.

• Submission of CV and Cover Letter is mandatory.

• Full-time, permanent position available Monday to Friday.
