Home Infusion Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Administer specialty medications safely and effectively, including IV infusions, in the comfort of patients' homes.

• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient well-being.

• Maintain precise patient records by documenting assessments, treatments, and progress.

• Act as the main point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.

• Exhibit independence in clinical decision-making to achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Provide home-based care while fostering relationships with patients and promoting positive health outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active RN license in the state of practice.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.

• Skilled in IV insertion and infusion techniques.

• Hold a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel across a large geographic area.

• Available for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as required.

• Must have a stable internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload for remote work.

• Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health environment.

• Preferred: Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
