Home Care Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional, client-centered care during visits lasting a minimum of one hour.

• Offer companionship and engage in meaningful social interactions.

• Assist clients with meal preparation and light cleaning tasks.

• Accompany clients to appointments or on shopping trips.

• Help with bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming activities.

• Support clients in maintaining their health, comfort, and independence.

• Work flexible hours, which may include weekends on a rotational schedule.

• Collaborate with the Home Instead team to deliver outstanding care every day of the week.

• Availability for various visits and a flexible schedule.

• Willingness to work occasional weekends, including on a rotational basis.

• Access to reliable transportation is essential.

• A compassionate and caring demeanor is required.

• Experience in caregiving is appreciated but not mandatory.
