Home Buying Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Engage with leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and secure new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and ascertain the After Repair Value (ARV) and current As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Hold regular face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients.

• Adapt to seller schedules and enhance deal flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistent performance in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales quotas via phone sales.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).
