Home Buying Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and ascertain the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Hold in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis.

• Maintain availability during evenings and weekends to accommodate seller schedules and optimize deal flow.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated experience in meeting and surpassing quotas through phone sales.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
