Home Buying Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate both acquisitions and sales of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and evaluate the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title representatives throughout the closing process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Proven track record of achieving and surpassing quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.

• Availability for evening and weekend work is required.

• Ability to conduct in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis.
