Home Buying Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable sales, and secure new home acquisitions.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and draft contracts for ratification.

• Estimate repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

• Adapt to seller schedules by being available during evenings and weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales personnel in prior positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred).
