This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan to meet sales goals and achieve related business outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize key customers, healthcare providers, and institutions to enhance product sales and market reach.
• Evaluate and analyze sales performance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and execute corrective actions.
• Act as the primary leader for the sales function with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and tactics.
• Keep an eye on market trends and customer feedback to fine-tune sales strategies.
• Efficiently and responsibly manage the territory expense budget.
• Maintain comprehensive records of expenses, sales activities, customer interactions, and other pertinent data.
• Stay updated on advancements in HIV treatment, clinical data, and scientific literature.
• Comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Uphold ethical standards and professionalism during interactions with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and oversee an assigned territory promoting an injectable and infused HIV treatment product.
• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a healthcare-related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in HIV Sales or in sales related to infectious diseases, Hepatology, Cardiovascular, or diabetes.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience in building, maintaining, and leveraging professional relationships.
• Advanced skills in Managed Care Organizations/Accountable Care Organizations/Patient-Centered care.
• Willingness to travel overnight.
• Valid driver's license and capability to travel to assigned healthcare accounts.
• Ability and readiness to conduct field travel five days a week and attend sales meetings, client sites, and conferences, including overnight stays.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
• Proficiency in setting goals and achieving agreed-upon objectives within tight deadlines.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks, generate ideas, seek solutions, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Ability to assemble and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of specialty injectables and infusion reimbursement is preferred.
