This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to fulfill project deliverables and implementation requirements.
• Evaluate current workflow processes and collaborate with the implementation team to ensure proposed future-state workflows align with project goals.
• Take the lead in configuring, testing, and validating the application environment, working interactively with clients and team members.
• Oversee issue resolution, maintain communication with clients and internal teams, and document issues and configuration modifications.
• Conduct problem isolation and analysis, partnering with support and escalation teams for root cause investigation and troubleshooting.
• Provide training to system administrators and end users.
• Spearhead testing and support during the go-live phase.
• Stay informed about new features, functions, business challenges, and implementation options.
• Create and revise materials, tools, and programs to enhance the implementation infrastructure.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher with three (3) years of direct experience in software support and/or implementation, preferably in a healthcare environment; OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution with seven (7) years of direct experience in software support and/or implementation, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• At least two (2) years of combined experience in hospital and/or professional healthcare coding workflows.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a client-facing implementation capacity.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must successfully complete a Government background check for a T3 Public Trust position.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa is required.
• Familiarity with 3M/Solventum HIS products.
• Experience in Electronic Medical Record implementation.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, employing a logical, methodical, and efficient approach.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain excellent customer relations in a fast-paced environment.
