Hebrew Multimedia Content Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Localize, translate, and tailor content across categories including music, film, gaming, and sports.

• Create original copy for multimedia products and services.

• Conduct annotation tasks.

• Assess and review personal and team members’ localization work for linguistic quality.

• Edit copy and verify facts within the content.

• Execute Localization QA testing on live-platform content, encompassing music and app descriptions, marketing materials, and campaigns.

• Investigate local content, product, terminology trends, and localization methodologies.

• Transcribe spoken content, such as song lyrics.

• Report on data and assets across various media and content types.

• Evaluate linguistic assessments and develop training materials and project documentation.

• Educate localization team counterparts on terminology, style, and best practices.

• Collaborate with the global language team via virtual meetings and email on content review tasks, terminology, style, trends, market insights, and translations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in journalism, copywriting, or copyediting media content, such as music, TV, and applications, with evidence of writing samples.

• Experience in translating and localizing multimedia content.

• Strong creative writing abilities.

• Skill to quickly identify issues and inconsistencies, exercising sound judgment.

• Extensive knowledge of music artists, television and cinema, gaming, and popular culture.

• Capacity to take ownership of the language market and make confident linguistic decisions.

• Highly detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Strong computer skills; familiarity with iOS/macOS systems is an advantage.

• Ability to type in the native-level language using a local English keyboard.

• Capability to work independently and remotely.
