This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Perform daily inspections of machinery, including checking fluids, wear components, tires, glass, and overall equipment condition.
β’ Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
β’ Operate assigned heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
β’ Adjust operations based on varying traffic, soil, and weather circumstances.
β’ Use GPS technology effectively.
β’ Interpret and understand grade stakes and hubs for grade control and finishing processes.
β’ Efficiently manage materials during excavation, loading, placement, grading, or utility installation.
β’ Travel frequently to project locations and remain at these sites for extended periods before moving to new projects.
β’ Full-time position with 100% travel required within the central United States.
β’ Must be willing to engage in labor and support the crew.
β’ Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in operating heavy earthmoving equipment such as motor graders, scrapers, dozers, and excavators.
β’ At least 1 year of relevant equipment operation experience in the industry.
β’ Capability to interact effectively and professionally with employees, clients, contractors, and vendors at all levels.
β’ Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
β’ Must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
